Love and appreciation are identical vibrations. Appreciation is the vibration of alignment with who-you-are. Appreciation is the absence of everything that feels bad and the presence of everything that feels good. When you focus upon what you want – when you tell the story of how you want your life to be – you will come closer and closer to the vicinity of appreciation, and when you reach it, it will pull you toward all things that you consider to be good in a very powerful way. -Abraham
In addition, this is where we run into trouble many times because we are waiting for something bad to happen. We feel like we do not deserve it or we send out some other kind of energy that pushes it away. We must recognize when we have fallen out of appreciation; when we have fallen out of love and re-frame our thinking so we can move back into appreciation. This repeated action retrains our nervous system and mental habits to stop falling out. One-step at time please, do not expect to do this overnight, but with continued practice things shift. Enjoy the little victories because they lead to massive change.
