Remember no two snowflakes are alike. This is true for human beings as well. It is easy to see the beauty in snowflakes, how about looking for the beauty of each person you see today and the common thread that binds us all together. It is always there, you only have to look with an open heart. Instead, we choose to judge without knowing and to hate without understanding. It is living in this way without ever questioning our thoughts or beliefs that we perpetuate the suffering in this world and its destruction. To think that we do not have to take care of each other no matter who we are, what we believe or where we are from and this planet is a recipe for disaster and one that will ultimately destroy us all. I am not speaking metaphorically, I mean literally.

Alex, the thought, that it is complicated and vast makes it harder for you to grasp. Question that thought, that idea. Where does it come from? You say that, “I find this topic to be actually one thing that I would never understand”; do you see how that closes the door to understanding? Pay attention to these kinds of thoughts, question them, and reframe them. Could you be open to the possibility to understand? Perhaps you could say, I am beginning to understand this more every day.
I know you can understand this because of that part of you that already understands, the True-Self, which brought you here to this post. It is trying to help you and make you aware of the False-Self. The False-Self is that conditioned part of you that says you will never understand. Do not worry if you do not get this all at once just take it in. You will get it, so do not beat yourself up for not understanding because that is the False-Self reasserting its control. Pay attention to these kinds of thoughts and just notice and then let them go. They will lead you away from the False-Self and back to who you really are, the one that already understand, the True-Self. Good luck on your journey and if you explore this blog more thoroughly it will accelerate your progress, but even if you don’t, do not fret, you are on the right path and cannot fail.
