NATURAL VIBRATIONS

“I sing the body electric.” – Walt Whitman

The water that makes up so much of our bodies is like ocean water. The salt crystals in this water vibrate at ever-changing frequencies. Our hearts are the emotional centers of our bodies, and they put out frequencies that are 10 times the power of the frequencies of our brains.

When we are happy, we vibrate at a higher frequency than when we are angry or sad. Our emotions change the chemical composition of the water in our systems. That’s why happy tears taste different than tears of sadness.

Experiencing physical, emotional and mental stillness harmonizes the vibrational output of the body, heart and mind and we become stronger.

“The message we give our bodies — one of irritation or acceptance — is the message to which our bodies will answer.” – Deb Shapiro

by John & Patrice Robson

“These very real vibrations then manifest on a physical level and in our physical body. This is why when I look at a body fir example , I can see the holding of responsibility in the shoulders. (I feel like I am carrying the weight of the world on my shoulders) Who you are is represented in how your body looks, the shape it takes, the pain you feel in it and yes, even some of the illnesses we get. Learning how to release this energy from the body is life changing on every level. So the next time you get upset, feel it in your body and then let that energy go and do not hold on to it.” –Tim Custis

Releasing Upset

If you’ve got somebody’s aspects in your experience that you don’t like, there’s only one reason they’re there. You keep evoking them with your attention to them. Without knowing about Law of Attraction, you have — through your old habit of observation — achieved vibrational harmony with the parts of them that you do not like, and you keep summoning those parts from them by your constant vibrational offering of them. -Abraham

Perhaps you resonate with that part of them that you do not like, in other words, that part resides in you but you cannot see it. Whether what I just said rings true for you or there is another reason, you must let go of your constant thinking about them or their actions. Each time a thought arises say, “I am sorry please forgive me”. Say this phrase repeatedly until you forget. Say it each time you become uncomfortable or find yourself incessantly thinking about the issue. With continued practice, you will release or heal the issue. Remember that we are all connected energetically, so somewhere in you resides the energy of your upset, even if you are not aware of it. The phrase will help you release the energy so you do not need to figure it out; on the contrary, you only need to let it go.

Short and Sweet #183 – Feeling Out of Sorts

Have you ever woken up feeling out of sorts emotionally? Perhaps you were feeling angry, sad or melancholy for no clear reason. The first thing your mind wants to do is to justify this feeling. It will look for an event or person that does just that, and if we attach to this misleading thought, we will stop the body’s healing process.

The real reason these feelings come up is not for what the mind conjures up. It is to allow the release of old emotional energies from the body. Remember that all emotion is energy and this energy needs to keep moving. When we attach to the thought the energy stops moving.

With awareness, we can recognize that there is no logical reason to be feeling the way we do. Therefore, we do not have to let the mind explain it away. Explaining it away is resistance and this is the opposite of what we want to do.

In order to support the release, we must recognize the emotion and feel it consciously. This allows the energy to keep moving out of the body and not get stuck again. Some people may feel the energy moving out once they acknowledge it. Feeling the energy is not important, what is important is to not resist, acknowledge the emotion by feeling it and this allows the energy (emotion) to release from the body.

You may feel a shift in mood immediately or perhaps over a few hours depending on how much energy you are releasing. This is a safe process, remember you are never given more than you can handle. By releasing this old energy from your body, you will be able to respond more appropriately in difficult times instead of reacting from some old trigger that is no longer relevant. This helps you to stay in the moment and live a more fulfilling life.

Short and Sweet #158 – Stop Attacking Yourself and Others

When we make a mistake or find fault in others and ourselves we attack through our thoughts, words and actions. Be careful if you think this does not apply to you without some investigation. We think of ourselves as stupid or feel this way when we make a mistake. In addition, we sometimes lash out at other people through our thoughts or facial expressions. We might even be frustrated enough to say something aloud to them. Just remember that it does not matter how you commit this attack it is always self-destructive and hurtful to others energetically. It never serves a positive purpose unless it is done with a loving intention.

The best things you can do in these situations until you stop the behavior, which means releasing the energy of the pattern, is to be aware and notice it. Notice the glance of disgust, your thoughts or words that you say to yourself or the other person. Now do not beat yourself up because you did it again this is attacking yourself and not helpful. In fact, the energy from this attack feeds the pattern energetically making it stronger. Just notice, acknowledge, and reset your intention to release the behavior and when appropriate make amends to anyone that you hurt.

Know that you will repeat the behavior again until you release the pattern. One day you will wake up and notice that you are not doing it anymore, celebrate this moment. There is no rush, it will take as long as it takes, so you must be willing to continue to pay attention. Sometimes you will forget and I say again, do not beat yourself up for forgetting, just acknowledge that you did the behavior again and move on.

Now if you want to add something to accelerate your awakening you can add Ho’oponopono (see Short and Sweet #24), repeat your favorite prayer or some other higher vibrational text, something that inspires you to connect with your higher self and reinforces your intention to stop the behavior.

Short and Sweet #156 – Your Pain And Suffering Has Purpose

Life changes for you when you realize that everything has purpose. I am not sure when I realized this, but I now know that everything that has happened to me had a purpose, even when I did not like it, even when it hurt. It is such a blessing when you can let go of the need to always know why or to feel sorry for yourself and your troubles. Ask yourself, what does this moment offer me, which helps me grow closer to my True-Self (God). I realize that we may not always be aware enough in the moment of pain or suffering to ask this question. However, there is always a moment of clarity that comes during these times and it is up to each one of us to notice this moment and then look for the opportunity.

If we do continue to ask why when no answer comes or are not willing to let go of our suffering then we are attached to it and it cannot leave; we cannot heal. In addition, the energy that is associated with this event will become stuck within the body. This sets up a repetitious program that runs in the background and affects how we interact with the world going forward. We are not conscious of these programs until a healing event occurs that makes us aware of them. Unfortunately, this does not always happen unless we are on the path of self-discovery.

Everything has its challenges including self-discovery. Sometimes this path seems hard because we are more awake to what we are feeling and doing. However, the blessings that come from this path far outweigh the challenges. Are you ready to begin letting go of who you have become? Are you willing to feel all those things that you have stuffed inside your body over the years? Are you willing to uncover your True-Self and expose your full potential?

If you are, then you only need to pay attention to your thoughts, be aware of your actions and watch what you say. Bringing awareness to these three things will set you on the path. Then all you need to do is your best while paying attention. Remember that we learn from our mistakes, so celebrate them and know that you will make more. Reset your intention and one day you will wake up with fewer thoughts, healthier actions and kinder words.

Short and Sweet #120 – What’s UP With Prayer

Many intentionally use the power of prayer to change their lives. However, do you realize that everyone on the planet prays? Yes, I said everyone; this even includes people who do not believe in God.

Prayer is a dialog with God and this dialog is an exchange of energy. Now if you have read my blog you know that God is the creative energy of the universe. When we look at what makes up everything in the universe we know that it is energy. Our thoughts are energy and that energy has the power to create. Did you ever consider your thoughts to be a prayer?

A prayer is not just a verbal dialog with God, but it can also be an energetic dialog through our thoughts. If we are not paying attention and we have a repetitive thought, it can become a prayer. If this thought is negative, it can manifest just as easily as a positive one. Please note I said repetitive, I am not saying every thought we have will manifest into your life, obviously that does not happen. Nor is every prayer answered in the way that we THINK we NEED or WANT. What I am saying is to begin noticing what you say to yourself . Of course, this requires developing awareness to your unconscious thoughts and then reframing them.

If your prayers seem to go unanswered, do not blame God. God is not the problem. Instead, look within and notice what you feel around your specific prayer. Is there fear or uncertainty? Are you asking for just what you want or what you really need? Is there a clear intention behind your prayer and have you let go of attachment to the outcome? Many will pray outwardly for one thing while believing inwardly that it will never happen. These are conflicting energies and create confusion for creating what you want.

It is important to strip away the layers of social conditioning, false beliefs and inner fears to connect fully with the creative energy of the universe. This is because prayer is not a substitute for our inner work, but it can be a positive tool for connecting to the heart of creation. Whether it is using a specific prayer or just having a normal conversation with the Divine does not matter. What matters is your faith in creation to respond in a way that is for your highest good, then accepting the outcome with gratitude, even when your prayer is not answered in the way that you want. We do not always see the beauty in what shows up until we let go of our resistance to what is.

Short and Sweet #119 – Clearing Collective Consciousness

We are all part of the collective consciousness and as such, every thought and action we take effects everyone. It is important to realize that we have an impact on everything and everyone in this world through our thoughts and actions.

Our mind and ego will look outwardly to place blame for our difficulties. While it is easier to point fingers at those people or that thing as the problem, the truth is our difficulties have nothing to do with external circumstances. Until we understand this and are willing to act on this truthful insight, we will continue to suffer.

How do we expect to live in a peaceful world when we are not peaceful? How can we expect to live in a loving world when we are still judging others and expressing anger towards those that we say we love? When we can take one-hundred percent responsibility for our own thoughts, words and actions without placing blame outwardly towards someone else, then we can begin to create the world we all wish to have.

If million man marches would bring peace, we would have it. If prayer alone would bring peace, we would have it. It is time to take responsibility for our own thoughts, words and actions. Once we begin to bring mindfulness and awareness inwardly, we can begin to clear the collective consciousness. Without bringing mindfulness in to our lives, we cannot develop awareness and without awareness, we are destined to repeat the actions and behaviors that created all of our problems.

“You can live a lifetime and, at the end of it, know more about other people than you know about yourself.”

– Beryl Markham

What are you willing to do today to start bringing mindfulness into your life? Even if you feel happy in your life, is there something more you can do to help the collective? Are you willing to go deeper and receive the soulful guidance that awaits you? Only you can answer these questions and only you can take the next step. Know that once you do all the support and guidance you need will be available to you.

Short and Sweet #117 – Who or What is God

I just got back from vacation and I feel like going into the deep end. How about you? Please leave your logical mind and beliefs at the door and come in with an open mind. You do not have to understand or agree with what I am going to say, only be open to the possibility that maybe you do not understand everything. Now I am not saying I am right, I am only offering you a different perspective that changed my life and could change yours too.

First, you need to adopt the belief that we are all one. This will be easier if you think of everything we see, feel and touch as only energy, including your body and all its part. By the way, that last sentence is true; everything is made of pure energy including the chair you sit on. If this is something that you can accept at least temporarily then please keep reading.

The energy that forms all things is part of the creative energy of the universe and what we call God. God is not a separate person or higher being. Did that last sentence bother you? Are your beliefs so strong that you cannot keep an open mind?

Let’s say that God is the sun, the beams of light that come from the sun are still part of the sun. They may seem separate from each other but when traced back to the sun they are part of the whole. Do you see where I am going with this? We are all part of the creative energy of the universe and all part of God. There I said it you are part of God. I told you we were going into the deep end.

Once you can embrace this and move away from fearful thoughts of a vengeful God, a punishing God or a God who does not hear your prayers then you can begin to take one-hundred percent responsibility for your life and what is happening in the world. You can begin to create what you want in this life with this new perspective. Why, because you have all the creative energy of the universe at your disposal to manifest what you want. You only have to let go of the conditioned False-Self; who you think you are and uncover the True-Self.

Short and Sweet #95 – Circular Self-Destruction

I know, what in the world is Circular Self-Destruction (CSD). It sounds ominous doesn’t it? You should know that we are all infected by it. OK, I just made it up but that does not mean that you are not infected by it, let me explain.

Have you ever heard something that you lived your life by, only to find out later that it was not true? How about life is hard, have you heard this one? Do you believe this is true? Hear me out before you go listening to your thoughts, which are probably saying that life can be hard. If you have heard this, can you remember where you heard it for the first time? How many things have you heard like this; not remember where you heard it, yet live by it blindly?

We are like sponges soaking up information in the form of energy from the time of conception until we die. When we are a baby, we do not understand language but we pick information up from our parents and surroundings by what we hear, see and most importantly feel. We begin to learn about getting attention and what we need and as we grow older, we mimic our parent’s words and actions. Learning and forming beliefs does not always come from what we think as traditional ways of learning, like school or watching our parents.

We learn many things in this world just by being in it through the diffusion of energy. Many of our beliefs are formed unconsciously through the energetic transmittance that emanates from all things. Simply put we unconsciously pick up information from the energy field of the people around us and the energy field that we live in. Now if this sounds crazy to you just think about a time when you were in a large crowd or even just with one person and you walked away feeling different than you did before that experience. What do you think changed your state?

OK back to the example that life is hard. Once you receive this message and believe it, this effects your energy field. Then when something challenges you in life, you immediately think to yourself they were right, life is hard. For some people it is so strong that the unconscious thought keeps repeating and then difficult things happen more often because they are drawn to them energetically and this creates CSD. This can happen with any belief we have such as, “you have to work hard for your money”. If you believe this statement, then what do you think your work life will be like. Now I am not saying that we shouldn’t work hard, but there is a big difference between working hard by choice or thinking that the only way to make money is to work hard.

Can you experience life challenges differently? Of course you can, you can look at them as opportunities and learn from them. Resistance shows up any time we think something is hard and this can cause suffering. The way to release any pattern of behavior is first become aware of it, which I have talked about before. Look at your life and see if you are exhibiting CSD behavior. Is it time to shift some energy?

Short and Sweet #43 – The Energetic Field

I have talked a lot about energy and oneness in earlier posts however let’s go deeper. Now we all know and can agree that the human body has many functions that occur in the background, like the heart beating. These functions occur without our conscious involvement, we do not have to think about it to make it happen, it just happens. The bigger picture here is that there is one energetic field that we are walking through and living in, this energetic matrix makes up all things seen and unseen. As I mentioned before there are functions in the body happening in the background without our conscious awareness, this is also true in the energetic field. Everything that happens is happening for a reason as part of the creative expression of this energy. We can and do interact with this field sometimes from a conscious place and other times without any knowledge at all. Our thoughts are energy and have the ability to create because everything is energy; in addition, everything we do or say has an impact on the field. It is like throwing a rock in a pond, we see the biggest splash where the rock hits the water but the ripples move through the water and touch all areas of the pond. This is how we can affect the world by going within, be silent, present and let go. The process of letting go will send ripples through the entire energetic field.
